Nzbget obfuscated files not downloading

some of your files are area are , so only the root user and users in the particular group can read those files. I assume nzbget is writing with root:wheel which I personally would not do. you also probably are writing files with some other user, (maybe with CIFS?), with UID and sometimes Sometimes downloads with obfuscated file names do not include par-files or the par-files were created after obfuscation of file names. NZBGet still won't download anything. A bunch of messages pop up saying re-ording files, adding collection and stuff like that, but nothing is downloading? I've adding multiple NZB files and as a URLs from an index site and it does not work. What am I missing? I've never used NZBGet before.
